Why is there just one price?
  * Banners can be complicated, especially in price.
  * Why should you pay more when there is no extra time or cost involved?
  * SpeedyBanners.net makes it easy for you to get what you want at a price you can afford.
  * To the best of our knowledge, we are the only non-template banner company that does it this way.
     
 
 
How does the procedure work?
  * Placing an order with SpeedyBanners.net is easy and safe.
  * First place an order on the "Order" page
  * Once you pay for your order you will be taken to the "Banner Information" page.
  * There you will fill in the blanks and and give special instructions as to how you want your banner.
  * Banners are mainly completed in 24-48 hours.
     
 
 
How do I place an order?
  * Go to the "Order" page.
  * Choose the banner or banners you want to order.
  * We use Paypal for all our payments because of their security.
  * After you have paid for your order you will be taken to the "Banner Information" page.
  * Fill in the information and click "Submit"
 
 
 
How long does my order take?
  * Most orders are processed within 24 hrs.
  * On orders with multiple banners it might take up to 72 hrs.
  * Remember, revisions take time so consider the time for a revision.
   
 
 
Can I have an animated banner?
* Yes
* Animated banners are great at catching the eye.
* When filling in your order form click the "Animation" button
 
 
 
Do I need to supply graphics?
  * Maybe
  * If you want your logo or other special graphics in your banner you will need to supply.
  * Otherwise SpeedyBanners.net will supply the images.
 
 
 
Do I need to supply text?
  * Yes
  * We need to know what you want your banner to say.
  * You can be specific and supply bullet points and details.
  * Or, you can be general and supply information about what you would like to see. Then our staff can work to create for you a great banner.
   
 
 
Can I receive the source file of my banner?
  * Yes
  * When you fill in the banner information check the box "Include Source File."
  * There is no extra charge.
     
 
 
Can I have a custom banner size?
* Yes
* At SpeedyBanners.net we know all websites are different. With that said, we want to help you create the banner that best serves you.
* Fill in the banner size in the "Custom Size" box.
* Make sure you fill in the size in pixels not inches
     
 
 
Can I have a revision to my banner?
* Yes
* You may request up to five revisions to your banner.
* You may request changes to animation, color, graphics, layout.
* We want you to be 100% satisfied with your banner.
* NOTE: You cannot change the size or shape of your banner. To change the size or shape please submit another order.
     
 
 
How do I get my banner when it is done?
  * When your banner is finished we will contact you through the provided email where you can view it.
  * You can then request revisions or approve the banner.
  * When you approve of the design we will email the banner to you.
     
 
 
What are the most popular sizes?
  * On most websites the standard is 468X60 and 125X125
  * The second most common sizes is a skyscraper
  * Very few sites use 88X31 anymore
     
 
 
Do you have a newsletter?
  * Yes, our newsletter is free and available to our clients.
  * You can opt-out of our newsletter if you want.
  * Our newsletter is monthly and reflects what is happpening in the industry.
